ECO Manufacturing has selected Westinghouse Plasma or Alter NRG to design the gasifier and the plasma torches for the facility. Westinghouse Plasma has been researching and implementing plasma gasification over the past 25 years. They have supplied systems for a number of different industries including both the solid and hazardous waste industries. Westinghouse helped develop the original plasma torch for NASA to simulate reentry temperatures.
